Admission of Freshmen
A high school graduate seeking admission to any course of the college must be a graduate of any public or private secondary
institutions recognized by the Department of Education and of the government. A student seeking admission to any of the 6-Month
Programs or Short Term Computer Courses needs not to be a high school graduate.
An applicant for admission to any of the courses being offered by the college should pay the Registration Fee and submit
to the Office of the Registrar the following credentials:

Report Card – (form 138)

Certificate of Good Moral Character issued
by the Principal / Guidance Counselor of the last school attended.

Four (4) pcs. 1x1xcolored ID picture

Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO authenticated)
B. Re - Admission of Old Students
Re-admission of all students shall be based on the grades
of the previous semester, but credit units shall be based on the recent curriculum. Registration fee is also required.
